Why we collect information

With your consent, we store your name, email, selected experience, travel period, party size, language and preferences to respond to your enquiry and discuss the terms. Required fields are marked with an asterisk. Travellers do not need an account. We do not use enquiries for marketing mail.

Access and storage

Your enquiry is stored in a private database on a Hostinger server in Germany, accessible to authorised Trips.kg staff. The website infrastructure also uses Cloudflare. We do not pass your enquiry to an operator for fulfilment without separately agreeing this with you. Backups are encrypted.

We retain enquiries while handling them. Within 90 days after the conversation ends, we review whether continued storage is necessary. To request deletion, email ceo@trips.kg with your reference. Deleted information may remain in restricted backups until those backups are removed.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion and withdraw consent by emailing ceo@trips.kg. Withdrawal may prevent us from continuing to handle the enquiry. Do not send passport, payment or medical details. The form uses no advertising analytics and requires no cookies; staff login uses essential authentication cookies.
