TripKGKYRGYZSTAN

FOR TRAVEL COMPANIES & GROUP ORGANISERS

Your guests.
Kyrgyzstan.
A plan we agree together.

Bring us your group’s brief. Our proposed approach combines TripKG’s sales and coordination with one local operator responsible for the complete ground programme.

What goes into a brief

YOUR POINT OF CONTACT

TripKG: sales & coordination

  • Understand the audience, purpose and expectations of the group.
  • Coordinate the programme and commercial proposal with a local operator.
  • Keep the agreed itinerary, conditions and next steps clear.
  • Coordinate changes and communication within the agreed responsibilities.

RESPONSIBLE ON THE GROUND

The local tour operator

  • Confirm the feasibility and availability of the programme.
  • Arrange the transport, accommodation, guiding and other included services.
  • Manage its suppliers and delivery of the ground programme.
  • Provide the operational contact and response procedure agreed for the trip.

The responsible operator is identified for each proposal. Partner selection is underway; no operator, departure, price or guide language is confirmed by this page.

THE FIRST CONVERSATION

A useful brief.
A better starting point.

You do not need a finished itinerary. A few practical details make it possible to discuss a programme that fits your guests.

  • 01Travel month, approximate dates and duration.
  • 02Expected number of guests and group leaders.
  • 03Interests, preferred pace and walking or activity level.
  • 04Guide language, accommodation expectations and budget range.
  • 05Your sales calendar and target date for an agreed proposal.

PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Good questions to ask.

Can we sell the programme under our own brand?

We can discuss this with the operator. Resale rights, branding, customer communication and permission to use images and descriptions need to be agreed in writing.

Which languages and types of trips are available?

These depend on the programme, dates and operator. Please include your preferred guide language, interests and activity level in the brief so that availability and any additional costs can be checked.

Who handles payments and changes?

The proposal and contract specify the contracting parties, payment recipient, payment schedule, cancellation and refund process. TripKG’s coordination role does not by itself determine who receives payment or takes contractual responsibility for every service.

Are programmes for 2027 ready to book?

We are gathering catalogues and agreeing cooperation with local operators. This introduction is for early discussions; a programme is offered for sale only after its delivery and commercial terms have been confirmed.

LET’S FIND YOUR STARTING POINT

A good journey starts
with a conversation.

Planning for a group? Start with your dates, approximate group size, interests and preferred guide language. We will use these to discuss the right programme with a local operator.
